. Defect-only Policy: Return and Exchanges are accepted strictly for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

. No "Change of Mind": We do not accept returns or exchanges for persona; preference, mood or style change.

. Exchange Process: Defective items will be replaced with a fresh piece of the same item. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
